Brussels Declaration on Measuring Official Development Assistance

An international group of experts on the measurement of aid and other resource flows to developing countries met in Brussels, Belgium on 24 and 25 October 2023. Concerned at developments in this field over recent years, they decided to issue the Declaration below.
