After being told that the OECD's FAQ published in October 2022 purported to comprise their response to the issues I had raised, I wrote a letter (co-signed by two experts in the field) to the DSG for the Development Cluster to point out that it did not address the numerous flaws in accounting for Official Development Assistance, and renewed calls for ODA Reform!
